Orange first division champions Watanga FC lost 3-0 to Rivers United in a 2022/2023 TotalEnergies CAF Champions League first round first leg qualifier at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria on 11 September.
