Nearly 90 participants including doctors and sports medics of various clubs and national teams were drilled through the following: Cardiac Arrest, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Age Cheating, and Gender Verification.

LFA president Mustapha Raji thanked both facilitators and urged the participants to use the knowledge gained.

“It’s an exciting moment for me today that we have started a new path, reactivating sports medicine in Liberia.

“Thanks to our doctors…,and we hope that our medics from clubs will use the knowledge not just for football, but to serve as ambassadors to share with other…,” Mr. Raji emphasized.

Prof Rahman and Dr. Sidiki were adorned with gifts by the participants as signs of appreciation.

Hence, Hannah Kollie on behalf of the participants gave offertory of thanks to CAF and LFA while pleading with the latter to seek more opportunities of such.
